There are two means I know of how you can spot a Limiting Belief:
1) Make a statement regarding something you want to acquire or be, e.g. "I am wealthy". Then listen personally to the "self-talk" in your mind. What "does your mind say" just after that statement?
Does it say: "You will by no means have sufficient money!" or "Making money is not easy!" or "You are just not good enough"?
Ok, you have presently found several of your Limiting Beliefs!!
2) Make a statement about anything you want to have or be. Then see some uncomfortable feeling in your body occur. For most individuals this will be somewhere in your chest or stomach, but it may be anywhere in your body.
